Roles
Roles decide who may change the family versus who may only configure it.
Product roles

End customers never receive App chrome.
Practical split
Engineering owns the Fusion master and rules. Sales owns the conversation and the published link. Admin owns who is in the tenant.
If a salesperson needs to change a max length, that is an editor task — promote the role or have engineering ship a new version.
